The Board of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility Districts No. 122 (FBCMUD 122) knows the residents of Lakemont have been eager to hear about the Creekside Park status.
At the June 19 special meeting, TBG Partners updated the Board regarding project schedule status:
Site:
• Pavilion has gone vertical with a completed roof
• Placing boulders throughout the site is on-going
• Alligator head spine work has been on-going
• Sport court and fencing has been installed, court finish to be installed in upcoming weeks
• Splash pad controls and water is on-going towards end of June
Building:
• Stone veneer installation anticipated to be completed by end of month
• Installation of sheetrock on-going through end of June
Additionally, the following are items to be addressed over the next month, ahead of the July special meeting:
Site:
• Installation of plants and shrubs on-going, should be completed by early July
• Log steppers in playground area on-going, should be completed by early July
• Sport court finish to be applied in the upcoming weeks
• Installation of playground lights to begin, and possibly continue into end of June
• Remaining playground sub-slabs on-going for the upcoming weeks
• Flatwork and stairs around building installation on-going, should be completed by early July
Building:
• Tape float texture and interior paint anticipated to begin before end of June
• Installation of siding is on-going into the following weeks
The expected completion date is still on track for late summer/early fall of 2024.
