The Board of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility Districts No. 122 (FBCMUD 122) knows the residents of Lakemont have been eager to hear about the Creekside Park status since they broke ground earlier this year.
At the September special meeting, TBG Partners updated the Board regarding the status of equipment staging, turf and drainage requirements, foundation pouring, and the upcoming Q4 2023 milestones and goals. Return of the rains will help with establishment of turf and completion of the drainage portion of the project.
Significant 4th Quarter Activities:
- Underground utility work
- Parking lot construction
- Buildings will start to go vertical with foundations being worked on throughout October
- Layout and preliminary playground/splash pad activities
The expected completion date is still on track for late summer/early fall of 2024.
