The Boards of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility Districts No. 122 and 123 (FBCMUD 122 & 123) know the residents of Lakemont have been eager to hear about the next steps in the process for the park planning following the successful election last year.
At the September regular meeting, TBG Partners updated the Board with drawings including site plans, elevations, and illustrative views of the parks and clubhouse. Further, LJA Engineering advised they have submitted plans for the pond expansion for agency review.
